DELIVERY:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

Royal Mail staff are intending to take strike action on a number of days throughout October & November, which will severely disrupt the postal service and delivery times.

During this period, wherever possible, we will send your order via a Courier Service instead to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we attempt to navigate another small business disruption!

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of you placing your order.

If you have opted for in-store collection, your order will be ready for collection from Copper & Grey within 48 hours of you placing your order (excluding Sundays).

When your order  ready for collection, we will email you using the details provided at checkout. Please bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with you when you collect. For security reasons, without this we will be unable to release purchases to you.

Current shop opening hours are: Mon - Sat: 10am-5pm

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and the speed at which you receive your order will depend on which service you choose at check out. 

Royal Mail services are not guaranteed, but you can expect timescales as follows:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Large or heavy items will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for delivery.

If you need your item sooner, please Contact Us to check delivery times - if we can get it to you quicker, we will!

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per order, and is Free for orders of £30 or over.

 

RETURNS

We have a no-quibble returns policy. Please inform us of your intention to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can let us know by emailing CopperGreyBanchory@outlook.com.

Online Purchases are returned at the buyers expense to the following address:

Copper & Grey, 20 Chapel Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1SP

We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your purchase.

Items must be in their original packagaing and in re-sellable conditions.

Items that have been used or worn will not be refunded, unless faulty.

Goods that are faulty should be returned via the method of delivery (e.g. via Royal Mail or by Courier), with return postage paid by Copper & Grey.

A refund will be issued via original method of payment on receipt of returned goods. 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings or personalised items.
